1. Dry Season (April to November):
   • May to August: This period is considered the peak trekking season for Mount Rinjani. The weather is relatively dry, and the skies are clearer, providing excellent visibility for enjoying the stunning views from the summit.
   • September to November: The early part of the dry season is still a good time for trekking. However, as November approaches, there may be a slight increase in rainfall.
2. Wet Season (December):
   • December: The wet season is characterized by more rain, and trekking conditions can be challenging. The trails may be slippery, and there is a higher chance of encountering rain, which can impact visibility. It’s generally not too recommended to trek during this period.
3.  January – March (Climbing is Closed) 
   • January to March: Towards the end of the wet season, there might be some improvements in weather conditions. However, trails can still be wet and slippery. At this period the mountain is closed by the Government for any trekking activities and reopened from the first April
