How do I make and confirm my booking?

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 to secure your permit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as the park does not offer refunds for issued permits and they cannot be transferred to other travelers.

Can I make the payment in USD$ or other currency?

Yes, and the currency rate is based on the exchange rate at the same day when you complete the payment

Do the guide speaks english?

Yes they do

Can I custom my trip at the last minute?

Should I spend the night in senaru the day before trek?

Yes we recommend it, so we can arrange the trip better according to your needs. However if all the accommodation in Senaru are fully booked, then you can spend the night either in Bangsal (Pemenang), Senggigi, Mataram or Kuta area and then we will pick you up at the same day of the trek. The pickup time depend on which area you will stay.

Senggigi and Mataram: pickup at 4.30am
Bangsal (Pemenang): pickup at 5am
Kuta: pickup at 3.30am

Can I book the accommodation by myself?

Basically the accommodation is included in all our packages price. But you can aslo book by yourself on your preferred place to stay

Do I have to bring my own water?

No, you don’t have to bring your own water. We will have 3 liters of water per day per person available. Your guide will distribute the waters at the start of the trek and then upon request. You will carry one bottle (1,5 litter) of your own water at a time, so that you always have water on your person during the hike

What time should I arrive to possible to visit the waterfall a day before start the hike?

You can arrive minimum at latest 1h before sunset (for the first waterfall only) / you can arrive early, so you’ll have a chance to visit the first and second waterfalls (Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls)

Does the trip to the waterfall is included?

The waterfall tour is an extra tour as a bonus (available only if you take the deluxe trek package)

What time is the trek start?

If you stay in Senaru, you should be ready at 7am and we drive you to the starting point.

Where can i leave my extra luggage during the trek?

No worries, we have a storage room to store your other luggage

I have booked my own accommodation in Senggigi, could you pick us up there and start the hike at the same day?

Yes, we can pick you up there at 5.00am (in Senggigi, Mataram area, Bangsal or near the place) and start the hike at the same day

How many guide and porter prepared for the program?

We providing 1 trekking guide for maximum for 5 trekkers and 1 trekking porter for each trekker. The porter only carries the trekking equipment, food, water etc. and they don’t carry your personal stuff. If you need an extra porter to carry your stuff, you have to pay the additional charge (IDR 350.000) per/day.
